The breakfast was great with a wide range of goodies. The hotel had a good and magnificent location, minutes from a bus station. Grill Show, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

Ideal, clean place with attentive staff who will give you a large cup for your tea-maker in the room upon request. Comfortable and unbeatable location near to fantastic transport links, the airport terminal, which was a nightmare and a dual carriageway; easy check-in. Also, near shopping centre.

The location was comfortable and unbeatable as for me, close to the local bakeries, an early morning taxi and airport and the decor. The breakfast was great with a croissant and the value paid, for instance, and the ones who served it were very very helpful.

The hotel location was convenient and practical to the central railway station in Basel. My room was themed with a good bed, had smoke detectors for safety measures.

The place was clean with private parking and a comfortable bed. We liked a good restaurant with a French menu.

I stayed at Ibis Styles near Basel Airport for one night before my early flight. The hotel provided free parking for my car during my two-week vacation. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The continental breakfast was ready at 4 am and had a good selection. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I even received homemade Christmas cookies and tried a delicious Christmas beer from Czechia.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenience for Basel airport, excellent staff, excellent breakfast available, reasonable food and wine in the evening, remarkably quiet rooms considering the closeness to the airport.

the price is to hight

The property was ideal with EXTREMELY HELPFUL stuff at the reception desk. The location was perfect - near train station. It also was in a nice residential area.

This hotel is situated right by the airport, which is extremely convenient for short layovers or early flights. It is also quite reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and can speak multiple languages. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities like a TV and coffee/tea-making facilities.

The location is extremely far from any city center.

It took over 40 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive. I am a female traveller and I had to wait in the -4 degrees celsius weather, on my own outside a deserted airport at 10pm - not good. I asked staff to book me a taxi for the next morning and it never turned up. The rooms were cold, breakfast was incredibly pricey for what you got and the bed had blankets instead of a duvet - this is the 21st century for goodness sake!
